From vines planted in the 1960’s and early 1990’s, this wine is an assemblage of three lieu-dits, Chênes, Masures and Bergerie. Citrussy aromas of great purity. Lovely lean texture with a dynamic edge.
Caroline Morey has spent all her life in Chassagne-Montrachet and she has a strong and intimate knowledge about the terroir, the vineyards, the people, and above all she is a razor-sharp winemaker. Her wines vibrate with energy, and, essentially, they ooze class.
